Payment

• Payment is accepted by cash, credit card (Visa and Mastercard) or direct deposit to our bank account.
  PLEASE NOTE: After due consideration, we regret that we will reluctantly pass on credit card charges of 2% on all Visa and Mastercard transactions.

  Reservations

• To confirm a reservation, credit card details are required for payment of one night’s accommodation. To provide credit card details, please email or telephone +61 (0)2 9460 7728.

• Please note that by providing your credit card details you are confirming your agreement to our conditions and authorising charging to your credit card any cancellation costs.

Cancellations

• If a booking is cancelled more than one week prior to arrival, any deposit will be refunded. If accommodation is cancelled within 7 days of arrival, a deposit of one night’s accommodation or 20% of total accommodation costs will be retained. However, if the accommodation is rebooked, a full refund will be provided.

Check In/ Check Out Times

• Check in time as agreed when booking is made. Check out by 10 a.m. with later check out possible at times - just ask when you book.

Other Information

• Crowy B&B is not suitable for children under twelve.

• Visitors are not to bring any pets onto the premises of Crowy B&B.

• Crowy B&B is a SMOKE FREE zone.

• There is no disabled access to the rooms at Crowy B&B.
